I’m giving it a four because the chair didn’t come with with the cord for the massage part. It was missing from the box but was a nice chair my brother enjoyed it.The chair was easy to assemble but I'm not happy with the charger. Luckily we didn't get electricuted plugging it in. As soon as we plugged it in it broke and fell apart. One of the screws came off and this is what happened. Not very happy with that!I got this for my work from home chair during quarantine and it worked great. Looks really nice too. Only problem is for the ladies, your thighs will stick to it. I put a blanket on mine lmaoThis is a nice chair. But to note there is a massage thing in the lumbar support. That was not described in the description. My son didnot like that so removed itChair seemed amazing however screws fall out of the bottom constantly and you have to put them back in. Chair started squeezing literally the day after we bought it.... its used minimal and I would say it has depreciated eminsly in the amount of time we have had it.Very easy to put together, and have had it for over 6 months now with zero problems! would recommend.Bought this for my boyfriend for his gaming set up and it was worth the money .Bought this for my son he loves it
