The only issue I have with this chair, is the pads take shapes and the way the packaging was there is now an indent on the left arm rest that won't go away.I bought this to help with lower back pain, and pushing it out to fix my posture has worked for a job that requires a lot of sitting.Made in China. Just got it today. Assembly was easy but took about 2 hours. I thought the fabric and over all look would be more luxurious so dissapointed there. I thought the color would be more vibrant but it’s a washed out sea green. The arms are about 2 inches to short for me. The feel of the chair is firm, padding not cushie. But will be ok. Had a little trouble figuring out how to make the back Rock, but finally realized that the lever under the chair seat had to be out of the lock position. The wheels will roll you all over the place if you are on a hard surface so I’m going to get an indoor, outdoor rug. That’s ok, will decorate my room more. Over all good chair. No doubt I will have it for years.I have to first say that the customer service was top notch, and sorted me out.The back flap can not open properly because it is way too low. It opens onto your coccyx instead of lower back. If you open it up to use, and awkwardly lie back, it can sort of work. But then your butt is hardly even on the seat.The arm rests are way too far back, and are almost completely unusable.I have scoliosis and was really hoping this would help, but it really does not.Last but not least, the back rest is not adjustable at all!I feel like this chair may work fine for very small people or kids. But as a 5'10 man, it doesn't do the job.Cushioning could be better. Feels a bit hard.I dream about this chair when I'm trying to go to sleep at night in my bed. The lumbar support is out of this world and it tilts back to the perfect degree. Great for work, then great for relaxing during breaks.The lumbar support when extended out makes it hard to sit in the chair. It actually feels like it would be more useful if it came ‘out’ from the top for adjustment rather than the bottom, because from the bottom it interferes with my butt in the chair if that makes sense - almost like the back of the chair isn’t high enough up from the seat bottom to actually work right the way it is designed.In terms of just being a decent chair though sure it’s fine. Some difficulty when assembling the back of it to the seat/armrests but once done it functions like a chair so can’t complain reallyThe ratcheting mechanism that allows the lumbar support to adjust broke the first day of use. I initially was going to return, however due to the size and the fact I would have to disassemble and shipping a large item decided to just keep the chair and not utilize the lumbar support feature. Too bad, it would have been a decent chair if it would have worked as advertised. Customer support did respond and, I think, was willing to work with me, but just too much of a hassle to send back. Update: Customer support has agreed to replace chair.Easy to assemble. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It came with cute white gloves to assemble it. The back support comets out really far which is not really needed but a nice option
