It came as advertised and was fairly simple to assemble. The only drawback is the casters post (that is inserted into the bottom "arms") are very flimsy!!! I put up with them for about 3 weeks. I finally got tired of pushing off to roll to another spot on the floor, and my "travel" was impeded because the floppy post causes the casters themselves to be at an angle and thus slow me down. I had to push a little at a time to finally get where I want to be!I took the old casters off of an old chair, put them in the "arms" of the chair, and now I can practically go across the whole room with just one kick-off. It's a simple fix, but one that the manufacturer doesn't even think about when they design and assemble them.Other than that, I'm not having any other problems! (So, before you put that old chair out for bulk trash pickup, save the casters!!!)We are keeping it because we did put it together. It's comfortable but it really could be more comfortable.The chair is very nice and sturdy the delivery method was very wrong I got lucky and a good Samaritan bought my chair to me since the delivery driver dropped it on the curb at my elderly buildingThe wheels do not glide soothly after two weeks.Outstanding product and customer serviceIt's a comfortable chair. It seems to adjust easily.ITEM WAS RECIEVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND VERY COMFORTABLE.
