I bought this chair for my husband for christmas. He had been wanting a chair for quite some time and I chose this one due to the design and the fact that it massages/vibrates. The package arrived earlier than they said it would which was great. However, upon opening the chair it already had a small tear on the leather seat. As we put the chair together my husband said the instructions are what really was his gripe. The sizing of the screws and the tool they gave didnt match what it stated in the instructions, furthermore there were some rubber washers that were not stated in the parts section and were not told what to do with in the instructions. My husband found out what they were for when he pulled the foot rest out and it nearly flew across the room. Apparently those rubber washers are to stop the foot rest from coming all the way out. So FYI for those buying it, that's what they are for since the instructions failed to say it and show the washers in the part list. The instructions also didn't say how to attach the lumbar support which has the message portion in it. The vibrating portion of the chair is powered by USB. We use a battery pack and it works fine and allows you to not be restricted by wires. The chair took approximately 45 mins to put together. So far my husband has used it every day for several hours and he says its comfortable, but you can tip over easily if not careful with the foot rest up or if you are attempting to get up. The massager is loud so if that is something that will bother you or be an issue if you are working in an office making calls or talking to people you may want to take that into consideration. Otherwise the chair is as shown and is comfortable for gaming or as an office chair especially for the price.The main feature I was looking for in a chair was aggressive lumbar support. Well, I got it in this chair, which I love.I also really like the availability of the foot rest (which tucks nicely away) and the full recline feature.A few things I don't love so much: - The armrests. They move up and down (great!), but they also (too easily) sortof swivel. I really don't like the swiveling. It makes the armrests unreliable and unsteady. - The seat is not breathable. So after sitting for any length of time, you'll get up to a damp rear end. - It doesn't roll very well on the thin industrial-style carpet tiles in my office. - The instructions were almost useless. I had to refer to others' reviews to figure out what to do with some parts.All in all, it's a decent chair for the money. I had no desire or intent to pay several hundreds of dollars for an office chair. This will fit the bill for now.Came in great condition. The arms need A lil tighten. 1 plastic rim feel off wheel. Snaped back on. The seat could be A lot softer is my main complaint. The back rest is great, probably better for taller people. Im 5'5 but I have to say I can feel the alignment working on my back,feels real good. Assembly was easy and overall aesthetic body and frame are quite EXCELLENT. Mind U my first Chair of this sort. I am very happy W my purchase. But J might need A seat cushion. 4 .8 out of 5Awesome looking chair, but was extremely confusing to assemble. It’s very squeaky and feels cheaply made but it’s held up so far so not so bad. Did come with a weird smell and it hasn’t gone awayIt's OK overall. I personally would advise others to spend a bit more for a comfortable chair. It's not very sturdy and can only adjust the height to about 2 inches or so. You can't use for an extended period. And let's not even start on the massager (it's useless)**Update dropping the stars from 3 to 1**After about a month of use, one wheel broke off ?Either buy a different brand or spend a bit more for a quality comfortable chair.So I love this chair, everything is so adjustable. I wish the arm rests could slide in and out as needed, the reclining is nice, it’s very comfortable for my wife and son, but me being 6’4 fully lates back I feel like I’m going to fall over, and the foot rest as well isn’t designed for my height. With those exceptions I love this chair. Amazing value for the price. And assembly was pretty simple.I bought this chair on November of 2019, it was a great product in the first few months, but then it started to get really noisy and uncomfortable. I use it all day for work and gaming, and suffer from back and butt pain. The material is too tight and solid, it can't make you comfortable. (I'm only 130 pounds btw) save your self the trouble and add a little extra money and buy a quality chair that will hold its value through time. I'm considering E-win chairs, as many of my friends highly recommend them.My son is a huge gamer, he spends hours in his room playing. He loves this chair. He raves on how comfortable it is. unfortunately, the footrest broke off shortly after getting it. We fixed it with a small bracket. Still very happy with this purchase
