The customer services with Yunzii is top notch. Amazon is also very good as well. The first one I got didn't have the yellow switch I order and the Bluetooth didn't work. Yunzii responded to my concern quickly. Amazon willing to do a exchange. Just check your switches and the Bluetooth when you get your.Now to what I feel about the keyboard. This is my first hotswappable mechanical keyboard. I use Logitech wired gaming mechanical keyboard prior to this. The keyboard is perfect. The 96% layout is what I need. I need the numpad still so 96% is right for me. The yellow Gateron switches is butter smooth and quiet. I have 3 devices that I use this keyboard for. My Pi 4 Nas under my desk, my laptop, and my PC. I can easily switch between them with the tri-mode connectivity. I also take this keyboard to work everyday as well and it's small enough to fit in my backpack. The cover is a plus as my key arent pressed inside my backpack. Learning and remembering the command to change rgb is easy. The hotswappable switch is perfect when I get more switches to try. I will try brown switches later down the road and I have the option. If you're thinking about getting this, think no further. It's a perfect Keyboard all around. I haven't come across a dead charge, yet. I use the wireless 2.4ghz dongle at work and I work 10-12 each day. So it won't die in one day of use for sure. Haven't tried to see how many day I can go with battery alone so I won't be able to answer that. I doubt it'll last less than a day or two.My only cons is the software. I will have to deduct 1 star for it. The software have some mappable key that won't work. Not sure why. I have the print key in the available 4 slot at the top right. I mapped it to print screen and it won't work. I use that key a lot at work to capture the screen. I also have the pause key key which I plan to use to lock my screen. The software macro tab crashed the app all the time. I was planning to create a Win+L macro to map with the pause but couldn't the macro tab function will crash the application itself. Right now those two key function does nothing.UPDATE: Finally got the print key to work. Turn out the switch for both Print and Pause isn't working so I swapped it to the extra one in the bag. Still cannot get the macro to work for the pause. I can finally create a macro Win+L but when I press the assigned key, it shows as Win+Del. But it shows in the macro section still as Wins and L.
