Each of the hardware pieces are sectioned off in its own grouping, and numbered. So, when you look at the directions its not a guessing game as to which screw looks the most like the diagram. It will point to where you need to screw in a piece and show a #1, so you know to go to the section that has screws marked as #1 and use it for that particular area. It's so simple, yet so genius! I only had to use the little screw tool that came with it, so that was awesome.At one point, I did get upset and thought that I had received a defective piece because screw didn't fit the area I was working on, but turns out, it was my own error. I had my sense of direction mixed up. After realizing my own snafu, it was smooth sailing. AND.... the box itself doubles as a work space to help hold up the large pieces. I put it all together, by myself, in about 10mins. Super easy.It has a nice firm, but thick, padded seat. Adjusts up and down nicely. I have to play with it a bit to figure out the tilt. I just ran out of time today.I'm hoping it holds up nicely.The chair doesn’t come up high enough for the desk that I have other than that it was OK not as comfortable as I need it to be but it was OK thank youNothing I don't like about this chair. I got the gray with white frame and it's very sharp looking!The assembly was relatively simple, all accessories complete, ingenious use of package carton as support table during assembly ... I would recommend it.It doesn't tilt like I wanted. That is the reason I purchase it because I couldn't find an office chair that tilted back. I thought you could lock it in the title position but this chair barely rocks back so I know tilting is out of the question. I would return but It's too much hassle to take apart, re-pack and return.It had two different colored arms in the box, had to get a replacement.Just arrived, just put together -- took 15 to 20 minutes by my husband alone. Sits really well, good support. Will add more information after it's been used for a while. So far, so good!Chair is sturdy, adjustable up and down as well as the rock back and forth movement. The arms go up or down which is great feature for desk work. Box was not damaged and all parts arrived within it. Assembly wasn't difficult just takes some time using the L-Wrench.I'd recommend this chair!
