As soon as I saw this chair, I knew I was going to buy it. I came back to it over and over before finally just buying. The box was in excellent condition when it arrived (early!) and the packaging was thorough and secure. I pulled the top (chair) piece out of the plastic wrap and immediately started sending picture to my friends! The pink is a beautiful muted, yet sheen blush and it is SO soft. I almost wrote my review right then, but decided I should put it together and work a full day in it first. Assembly was a breeze! All of the parts were included and I was able to put it together myself in under or around ten minutes. When I sat in the chair, I ran it down the hall and made my husband sit in it, too. It is so comfortable. A great balance of firm, but not too hard. I do have back pain so sitting in the same chair a full work day isn’t super easy, but this chair is so supportive that I was able to work comfortably the whole day. The wheels roll very smoothly and quietly and the rose gold finish on the legs is bright and beautiful albeit a little easily scuffed.
