You're gonna need to wipe it down when you receive it as I got mine a bit dirty but it's OK. Not the best chair but for the price and the fact it's one of the few pink gamer chairs with white wheels and legs, I don't regret my buy. It was easy to assemble and came with even the tools to do it, just wish that hideous logo on the head wasn't around but I can cover that with the head pillow mostly. It does make some weird noises when adjusting the incline but nothing has broken. This one has a nice back vibrator and the headrest is comfortable. But the best part He likes is the arm rest. It can go low enough to fit under the keyboard tray. He Old chair couldn't do it and it drove him crazy?. Though He did mention the smell took a few days to go away.the product is wonderful. A very important point is that you do not need advanced tools to assemble the chair. what is included is everything you need.Bought this for my son for an early (very early, lol) birthday present. He was needing something more supportive than the stool he used while at the computer. When asking him if he liked it, his answer was NO, I LOVE IT. Said a day later that he actually fell asleep in it and had better sleep than when he was in his bed. So I'd have to say it's worth every penny.The instructions were terrible that is why 4 stars otherwise love the chair. Oh and the massage part is in a pillow w a very very short cord you turn your chair and rip it out of the plug.
